I?
unwashed hair (2 days wash prior to last). Some are better than one when they have freshly washed, that you have once
mousse
paper towels to try (tissues tear easily)
hairspray
depending on the hair bands
When I start at?
earlier the more the better. No later than the evening before the event.
time?
It depends on how many curls you want to do and how long your hair is.
