I have a 37.5, and love to wear my shoes a bit tighter on the foot. Therefore, I've bought an EU 37 and am completely satisfied. I do not slip back out, joins the big toe but not at the front. Insoles can only appeal I do not, except for the gel cushion heel.

The upper straps are detachable, I have to a dance but another hole. Because they are too big for me to go and when the loop from sliding backwards.
